Formerly assembled and developed by the late Homer E. Gahn Jr., Kitterlin Creek represents one of the most distinctive private landholdings in the state. The property includes extensive water features—over 1,000± acres of lakes and 12± miles of frontage along the scenic Little River—in addition to mature timberland, wildlife habitat, and income-generating infrastructure.
