REGISTRATION: All bidders must provide a cashier’s check or wire transfer in the amount of $5,000. After providing this, your online registration will be approved to place bids. Buyers must also provide proof of funds with a bank letter of guarantee or a pre-approval letter from a finance company. (If you are not the successful bidder, then your deposit will be returned immediately.)

BUYERS PREMIUM: 10% will be added to the final bid price, to be included in the total purchase price. For example, if the property sells for $100,000.00, then the total sales price would be $110,000.00.

DEPOSIT: 10% down day of auction. Balance due at closing on or before 30 days. Guaranteed good title. For example if the property sells for a total sales price of $110,000.00 including buyer’s premium, then a deposit of $11,000.00 would be put down the day of the auction. The successful bidder must submit an additional check on the auction date, which, when added to the $10,000.00 deposit shall then constitute ten (10%) percent of the total contract price and must no later than 30 days following the auction date.

FINANCING: Purchasers to obtain their own financing. Purchase Agreements are not subject to financing or qualification. All bidders are encouraged to pre-qualify.
