DEPOSIT: 10% down day of the auction. Balance due at closing on or before 30 days. Guaranteed good title. For example, if the property sells for a total sales price of $110,000.00 including the buyer’s premium, then a deposit of $11,000.00 would be put down the day of the auction. The successful bidder must submit an additional check on the auction date, which, when added to the $10,000.00 deposit shall then constitute ten (10%) percent of the total contract price and must no later than 30 days following the auction date.
