            The property will be offered at live auction separately and then offered in its entirety. Equipment and furnishings will also be sold. The tracts to be sold and property descriptions are as follows:

            Tract 1- 83 storage units and a cell phone tower rental contract situated on 1.726± acres. The storage units are approximately 20% occupied with an average income of $5,000± per month. The cell tower return $900± per month. The unit sizes are 5×10, 10×10, 10×15, 10×20, and 10×30. There is a right of first refusal to Verizon Wireless on the sale of the tower contract. DEPOSIT: 10% down day of auction. Balance due at closing on or before 30 days. Guaranteed good title. For example if the property sells for a total sales price of $110,000.00 including buyer’s premium, then a deposit of $11,000.00 would be put down the day of the auction.
